Seacoast Bank is a great bank to do business with, I have been a member since 2014 and have no issuesquick customer service. I love how this bank blocks companies that sometimes try to put a hold (fees) of $75-$100 on your card when you use it at the gas pump. Also, they don't allow excessive ATM fees if you use a non-Seacoast Bank ATM.Thank you,******

07/31/2023 My dad had an account with ********************** at the ********** branch. I was on his account as he was elderly. When he passed, I had to make several calls to try and make sure everything was taken care of in order to close the account. Everyone I spoke with at this location was extremely kind, compassionate, caring and went out of their way to help me and make it as easy as possible. Called the 800 was told I was dumb by ****** twice was told card was back on even tho it wasnt I recorded the call because of this also bank branch said they couldnt give me a new card was told I would get 2 different calls back however havent got one from anyone
The woman opening account for me rushed through it and explained nothing. She did not even give teceipts of my balance. I had to ask. Then when I called to find out balance they said I have no acct. I asked why this would be... They said it was because I haven't received my ATM card for checking acct. Thank God my money is there. I'm going this morning to take it out. All of it. You can't trust them

Please be aware of this bank, I bank with them but Im in the process of changing banks because theyre doing things now that borderline discriminatory. I have a heloc with them and everything was smooth when I opened it, now after a few years I wanted to raise the limit to see if I can get a rental property. 0/5 bank forced me to pay extra for tax, due to refusing to allow payments for completing my taxes to go through. even calling did nothing to help, essentially told me to F off. this bank is truly terrible, save your time and money and choose a better non scamming bank.
I opened a Seacoast Bank account online, and then deposited funds into my new account. I then got an email saying I didnt qualify for the checking account with no explanation. How does one not qualify for a checking account. I have great credit. My issue is they took my transfer, and will not return it back to the account or card it came from. Something isnt right with this banking institute. Please be careful!!!
