Ive had a wonderful experience with Seacoast Bank, especially with the staff at the Lantana branch. Seacoast Bank is a great bank to do business with, I have been a member since 2014 and have no issuesquick customer service. I love how this bank blocks companies that sometimes try to put a hold (fees) of $75-$100 on your card when you use it at the gas pump. Also, they don't allow excessive ATM fees if you use a non-Seacoast Bank ATM.Thank you,******

07/31/2023 My dad had an account with ********************** at the ********** branch. I was on his account as he was elderly. When he passed, I had to make several calls to try and make sure everything was taken care of in order to close the account. Everyone I spoke with at this location was extremely kind, compassionate, caring and went out of their way to help me and make it as easy as possible. Horrible . I have been trying to speak with customer service for one month . I call and I'm on hold for hours. I have contacted a lawyer and we are working on a class action claim . Horrible would be a compliment .
