Jennie S., Gregory, and Patty were top notch and sorted out a mess I had to clean up because of another bank. Everyone was very professional and kind.
Took way too long to withdraw a large cash deposit. I tried to call ahead but phone is rarely answered. Had to go there 3x to get it all and every time they "needed" to know what my cash was for... WTH, it's my money. Lobby is designed well, tho

Today I couldn't use my bill pay unless I accepted a 31 page agreement. It said it was and updated agreement, when I tried to find out what changes were made not one of five people I spoke with could give me an answer. So tomorrow I am changing banks. They use to be great, I was with them over thirty years but they went down hill and the employees in the banks don't answer the phones they let the calls roll over to the call center. They don't answer calls or emails. I received guardianship of my mother's finances and am still trying to get access to her account. This bank sucks!
I really used to love this bank you could call and speak with a local person. Now their calls are outsourced and they aren't reachable 24/7
This is the worst bank in Florida. Had problems with them years ago. Make you jump through pages of documents to get a loan. I don't think they are really a bank. They don't seem to want to do business with you. AVOID.
Whatever you do DO NOT bank at this bank. They recently bought out Grand Bank where I was a customer. I had a Money Market account that was free. They immediately started charging my $15.00 a month for Maintenance!!! Maintenance of what??? They are theifs!!
