Called the 800 was told I was dumb by ****** twice was told card was back on even tho it wasnt I recorded the call because of this also bank branch said they couldnt give me a new card was told I would get 2 different calls back however havent got one from anyone
The woman opening account for me rushed through it and explained nothing. She did not even give teceipts of my balance. I had to ask. Then when I called to find out balance they said I have no acct. I asked why this would be... They said it was because I haven't received my ATM card for checking acct. Thank God my money is there. I'm going this morning to take it out. All of it. You can't trust them

Please be aware of this bank, I bank with them but Im in the process of changing banks because theyre doing things now that borderline discriminatory. I have a heloc with them and everything was smooth when I opened it, now after a few years I wanted to raise the limit to see if I can get a rental property. 0/5 bank forced me to pay extra for tax, due to refusing to allow payments for completing my taxes to go through. even calling did nothing to help, essentially told me to F off. this bank is truly terrible, save your time and money and choose a better non scamming bank.
I opened a Seacoast Bank account online, and then deposited funds into my new account. I then got an email saying I didnt qualify for the checking account with no explanation. How does one not qualify for a checking account. I have great credit. My issue is they took my transfer, and will not return it back to the account or card it came from. Something isnt right with this banking institute. Please be careful!!!
They locked my Dad out of his account couldn't get his medicine and he is in the hospital now they hung up on him twice and he is still not able to get in his account
************* will never do business with them ever again. Only have one branch in our county. Don't do what they say they are going to do. They lie and need to be shut down as a bank. I tried to give them a chance as a smaller bank but h*** no. I'll take my chance with the larger banks

Trying to get a loan to pay existing loan which is costing me $700+ a month because of the way they have it set up. I've been turned down which makes Absolutely no sense when the current $700+ surely would cover the payment of a new loan. And can they think straight?? I'm paying 4.x %, a new loan would be probably double the rate, and you don't want to give me a new loan and make more money for the bank...how stupid.
