5-26-23 In my opinion this bank is not trustworthy. I've had two accounts there about 7 years, a home equity line of credit and a checking. My experience with the loan department has been extremely problematic. The loan department recently charged me over $6,000 for force-placed wind-only insurance from 2021-a year and a half ago! They did not give me advance notice as evidenced by my 2021 1098 from them-there was no mention of escrow due! Try fighting a bank to get your money back-it's not fun!
