Horrible experience with our home loan! After waiting a month and furnishing reams of paperwork, the loan was declined over our payment history- something the loan officer knew from the very beginning! We were led to believe everything was just fine until 4 days before closing, and we had to nag them to tell us the truth! We will be seeing our lawyer in connection with this experience.
Fees, Fees, Fees.... Every month I have to fight with this bank about fees that are charged against my account.
I would stay away from Seacoast National Bank! I really wanted to like them when I first started thinking with them So I decided to get a mortgage from a community bank And they ended up selling my mortgage to another bank before I can make my first payment. Just shows you how much they care. They will never get another positive review out of me for what they did.
