What we like the most about the community is that the facility and management are great. The nursing staff is lacking in service training and response. Also financial issues and billing are very complex and not what was originally agreed upon. I would recommend the facility but there are services that need to be addressed such as the nursing staff and financial issues.
The executive director and the resident director were always accessible if I had any concerns. Support staff was always friendly and willing to do whatever was necessary to give my mom comfort.
The staff. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. This is such a great place for your loved ones.
I'm very happy with them. I would say this is the best memory card I've found in the area and that the prices are competitive. I am very pleased with how they're caring for my mother.
The people were amazing it's very nice inside and they have a decent chef. We love seagrass! Especially the staff!
The individual that toured us at Seagrass was just outstanding. Answered all questions an showed all of Seagrass to me.
The tour guide for my introduction to Seagrass was informative and given at a comfortable pace. All the staff included maintenance and was still helpful. They have a variety of facilities and daycare special live music that they rotate.
My 86 year old Mom has resided in Seagrass Village Port Orange for nearly 5 years. She started out in assisted living, then independent and now back in assisted living. Every day during this time period she has received the absolute best care! The staff are all so conscientious, efficient and above all caring!
