We decided to look at Seagrass Village because we had seen the high ratings that it has and my family who works in the industry said they had never had any lawsuits against them. The facility offers multiple levels of care and has multiple floors. My loved one would have been on the second floor which would not have worked. I was happy with this facility only to be surprised with an excessive price increase within the first few months of my mother moving in. This was done with no warning ,discussion or explanation. With the lockdown from Covid19 I have not been able to visit my mother. It is a $550.00 increase! While some increase in her care is acknowledged because I cannot go in..I should have been warned .
