I recently purchased a new Cal Spas Hot Tub from Secard Pool & Spas in Menifee. From start to finish, Antonio and Emma were great, the delivery and removal of my old spa, to setting up the equipment. UPDATED REVIEW SINCE MY 6/30/21 REVIEW: A representative from Secard Pools contacted my husband and I. We had to sign a contract and pay more for Secard to order a new liner. Part of the signed contract states I have to take off the negative BBB review. I called the BBB and the rep wasn't sure how to remove a review. She connected me to another BBB rep and I left a message. I am waiting for a BBB rep to call me back. I am not sure how to take off the June 30 2021 review.
