Great service! I liked the people I worked with in the rancho office. Bob in particular was perceptive. And Neto the guy who came out to fix the plumbing line was knowledgeable. I had my pool liner replaced back in 2002. I called Secard Pools again because I am comfortable with their standard of service.

Excellent customer service and an even better pool We hired Secard Pools to build a pool in our backyard and they did an excellent job. They came in and dug the pool up which wasn't an easy feat because we don't have a flat backyard, it's an uneven, bi-level surface and they worked really hard to dig the hole and put the pool in. My one concern was the amount of time it took them to finish. I wasn't sure if they had other jobs, but they gave me...

Very glad we chose them and would use them again. We chose Secard Pools to replace a vinyl pool liner in our pool and it turned out really nice. We chose Secard Pools because they had a good reputation and they definitely lived up to it. We have had our liner replaced by other companies and Secard did the best job out of all of them. The only reason why it wasn't a complete five-star experience is because there was a part that had been called...

Very pleasant experience. No additional charges were thrown at us. It was my first time using Secard Pools. They put in an islander in-ground swimming pool. Their pricing was very good and everything turned out great. We love the pool and everyone who sees it loves it. It really transformed our backyard. If they could improve anything, I would say that the workers should finish the job on schedule. I would imagine it was out of their control but it's worth...

Overall a positive experience with Secard Pools We had Secard Pools install an inground spa for us and while there were a few bumps along the road, I'm pretty satisfied with their work overall. They offered competitive prices for the service and I thought the quality of their workmanship was very good. ROMOLAND ROCKS! I've been taken numerous times from competitor stores, but every time I go to Secard in Romoland, the gentleman there is amazing! The prices are great and their knowledge is phenomenal! He knows his stuff and helped me out with his vacuum knowledge! Won't go anywhere else! :-)
