This storage facility made It very simple and easy to rent. We did everything on line and received an excellent deal. We took advantage of their incentives, and found that they had one of the best reasonably priced units in all Of Palm Springs. Just a note: if you "Move out" on or before the 10th of any given month they will pro-rate...otherwise you will have to pay for the full month regardless of which day you "move out" after the 10th! They supply a truck for your usage.
First class all the way. When we moved they issued a refund for the full amount I paid in advance.
I highly recommend this facility. And I can't say enough about the staff, especially the manager Henry, perhaps the most professional and personable manager that I have had the privilege to work with. The facility is always clean and well maintained. To move in and out I was offered the use of the facilities moving truck. What a valuable amenity. This saved me money and time. If I need storage again in PS Stor America is at the top of my list.

I am already incredibly happy with this StorAmerica facility and I have only just begun storing with them. Great communication. Called me as soon as my desired unit size was made available. Typical storage place. Ups the prices frequently. Once they have you hooked and know it's a hassle to move stuff around so they keep jacking up the prices. I've moved it once for price and may again if they increase my rate. 2 increases in 1 year

I had a good experience with Store America. The accounting was a little off at times but it eventually got corrected. Stay on top of auto pay. Mine was set up, then lost and had to re-do it. All in all, the location is convenient and I never had a problem. Nice folks there.
