Horrible place to store your stuff! The facility itself is not bad, but the management and staffing unfortunately makes me steer people away from this place! The office is always closed when I try to go in and make a payment and their internet payments are sketchy and don't always go through, giving me late fees. I have tried talking to managment at my local facility but never have any luck, it seems like they blatantly don't care about their customers. Did not pass customer satisfaction survey. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Services Rendered were far below basic. And the female receptionist deserved some words, that would have been immoral. I rate this organization at an 36%

Scam to get u in debt. Make sure to keep all paper work at all times. Cause when u go to close your storage unit. They don't close the account. You keep getting billed without your acknowledgement until you receive a paper in the mail from debt collection agency.

StorAmerica is an absolutely HORRIBLE company. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. StorAmerica purchase Vans Storage in Fountain Hills nearly a year ago. It’s been a nightmare since they took over. Currently, StorAmerica owes me just shy of $200 for a slashed tire. In their infinite wisdom, they recently installed 2 gates. I had a unit at the storage self storage in Mission Viejo and the new management there has been nothing but on a negative power trip on me for no apparent reason. This person has obviously had no type of trainings in the matters of mannerism or how to treat people. She conducts herself with a smug manor and rude behavior . Prior to that I had a pleasant experience being a tenant there.

Absolutely horrible experience since StorAmerica took over Van’s Storage in Fountain Hills. Clarissa, the district manager, is ineffective, condescending, pushy, irresponsible and unaccountable. In the past 20 days I have attempted to merely acquire my invoice for the full month of November. Have yet to receive a correct invoice. StorAmerica will not accept electronic bill pay checks from Union Bank. They want me to give them my financial account information so they can "take" money directly from my account. Their monthly "invoice" is an e-mail, with no address to send a check to, no account number, and no amount due - just send us money.
