Worst customer service! They don't know how to do business professionally, very tacky and they charged to much and prove gouging they signed me up at ***** a month then they fired the lady that signed me up then they raised my rent not every three months like they said but every two weeks!!! They took too much money I have proof that I've been paying every time on time. Raising the rent to almost 300. A month for a 10x10 and now they won't tell me if we got broken into.

Worse experience. I rented my unit on Saturday at StoreAmerica in Avondale and was going to move in on Sunday . I rented movers to move into my unit, so I had a whole moving truck filled with my belongings and when we went to the unit we could not gain access inside the facility. The lady in the office gave us the wrong code to get into the gates. We tried 5 different times to get in and nothing worked. So there I was with a whole moving truck and no where to go. I have a video of me and my husband trying to get into the facility and the gate would not open. The message on the key pad kept stating access denied. When I spoke to the store manager he was very rude and he kept stating it could've been an electrical problem with the gate but their were other residents inside the gate moving as well. My sister died October 1st. My mother lives in GA. I live in *********** and my mother sister lives in *********** we have been trying for almost 4 1/2 months to access her storage. We have submitted 3 death certificates, notarized paperwork, gone back and forth and still getting the run a round. Now the person I have been dealing with is no longer working there. And ************** has the nerve to tell me he can not give me the number to the corporate office he will call me in a day or two. The storage **** is now due again... read more

Abysmal customer service at best. Think **** at their worst. After renting a storage unit my key wasn't working on the lock I purchased from their storage facility after locking it.I contacted the onsite property manager at ********* Storage, (StorAmerica) . She gave me the number to a local locksmith and told me to have him come and cut the lock off. I was not physically at the storage facility and I paid the locksmith on the phone with my credit card, he came and cut the lock off in order for my movers to store my belongin... read more

Just wanted to share with you the female manager at the ************ in ******, ** location could use customer service and communication skills training. She was rude, disrespectful and is definitely on a power trip. The way she spoke down to me as though I was an idiot was unacceptable. That day was a nightmare for me and regardless of what occurred she could have at least been polite. I feel really sorry for the male rental agent that works for her. He was polite, respectful and did a great job representing StorAmerica.

The people they seem to hire are terrible. They allow illegal activities. People living in their units, as in sleeping and everything. Non staff members have access to the facility 24/7. My unit has been broken into numerous times.I have sent the Corporate offices videos regarding all of this. I have had death threats by people storing stuff, I have been assaulted and attacked. All by people in this storage unit.

This place will verbally harass you about forgetting to wear your mask, block the entrance and bully you until you comply. They don’t speak to you as a customer and the guy came to our unit only to pick a fight even after we agreed to comply to their orders and explained we were leaving immediately. There have never been any other customers present on our visits to justify the counties mask requirements so in order to move belongings into storage when it’s 114 degrees we often pull ours down. Trying to work with them During this Covid-19 issue. All they do is recite the contract and the letter of the contract. No email response and very cold on the phone. Been a customer at your Hacienda Heights facility since 2017. Just awful. Have family members with Covid-19 and this should be the least of my concerns.Got to try and get my things out of there. Cannot afford $438.00 every month.

Great monthly specials! Not so great deals of advertising meaning getting exactly what's being put out there in the marketing of public needs. Example,. (Company) Advertising that with this monthly special you get with this or this PKG deal unit a truck(free) & unit and you get that special but turns out with the free truck w/ storage is not so true nor available with their ad. So why advertise for and misrep against your company Advertising. No sense at all.
