We had a very stressful move (selling our home at the beginning of Covid-19) and needed several storage units quick. Kala was amazing! Been here for a couple years and just left. I moved units a few times to get a large unit. Each time was easy to make the move. Office staff was always nice and very helpful. Would definitely rent here again if I needed to.

I came here down on my luck having searched across numerous storage facilities for the right space and about to go with a real high priced option when I happened to waltz into here just looking to get packing materials. Then I met Kala. She went out of her way to first help me find the packing materials I was looking for and then she went out of her way to show me what Statewide had to offer. Wow, I came here about 4 months ago and I have to say, the staff and the manager was so nice. They made it so easy for us to move in and they had killer deals. Best deal in riverside. Please ask for kala (manager) she will make the process very easy and smooth. Once again, thank you so much kala for your help. Great doing business with you.

It's a self storage. Nothing extraordinary, nothing bad. They do not allow cutting your lock if you are a dummy and lose your key. The receptionist is very helpful and the best part of this business. Overall a reasonable value for the price. I'd be okay with renting here again.

We do allow lock cutting, however, we require that you sign a waiver and one of our managers must be present at the time of the lock cutting to ensure that the correct lock is being cut (you're free to do it yourself, or hire a locksmith).
