It's a self storage. Nothing extraordinary, nothing bad. They do not allow cutting your lock if you are a dummy and lose your key. The receptionist is very helpful and the best part of this business. Overall a reasonable value for the price. I'd be okay with renting here again.

We do allow lock cutting, however, we require that you sign a waiver and one of our managers must be present at the time of the lock cutting to ensure that the correct lock is being cut (you're free to do it yourself, or hire a locksmith). I called here to inquire about a storage locker about 30 minutes before closing. Employee named Martin answered the phone and said come on down so I did. Long story short, within approximately 20 minutes, Mr. Martin got me completely signed up for a good sized locker and the use of a truck that they own, all for an incredibly low price. A great price! I had my things in a storage unit here for the past couple of months. They were amazing. They worked to find me the best rate possible, were so friendly and really made the whole transaction as easy as possible. Yesterday I had to close out my unit (moved out of town) and my partner forgot to do it while he was there. The office staff was so helpful. Very convenient, easily accessible, reasonably priced, keeps a clean environment for you to store your things. Overall a very good choice for storing items
I reserved a storage unit. They need me to come and provide my drivers license to finalize the paperwork. I'm here during business hours. I came here at 12:30 PM noon time, It's now 2:15 pm and no one's here at the office. Very unprofessional! So far I don't recommend this storage uni.

We have had a storage unit here for 6 years, just a 10x10 unit starting at $45 a month. Fast forward 6 years not a 50% markup not a 100% but nearly 170% mark up to $121 a month. Next let's talk the cancellation vacating of the unit process, what a joke. We called the office 8 different times within a 10 hour window on July 6th to notify our plans to part ways with Statewide Storage normally I'd just drive to the location but we have relocated out of the area. There clean I'll give them that. Staff is unhelpful they don't answer questions all too well. They never ever give calls back. They never pick up the phones I can call 30 times a day on different numbers and still no response or call backs. They won't respond to emails and are rarely there during store hours. They make it very inconvenient to get ahold of. So I do not recommend this place do to inconsistency.
This place is the worst. Bait and switch on the price as soon as you've been moved in for a few months, and nobody is ever in the office during business hours to pay the overpriced rent in person, I typically have to come several times to catch an actual person in the office and be able to pay. The door is locked for hours at a time...RIDICULOUS
