Biggest thief I've ever been with an office manager or property manager or whatever they have a company to watch after that property has no idea what she's doing and she is just the most rude and bitchiest person

The poorest and rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I would give negative stars if I could. I inquired about their services 2 weeks ago and the property manager Marcie (very nice and knowledgeable lady) let us know about the storage units and how they offer a moving truck if we reserved it ahead of time. Days later we went back and Anna (also very nice) helped signed us up for a storage space and we reserved the moving truck to use a week later. She told us we can come pick up the truck at 10:30 am. Update 09/15/2017: I was contacted by the district manager of this location who addressed my concerns. He was able to expedite the process for us to regain access to the storage unit. This matter has been resolved. ***** CUSTOMERS BEWARE ***** If I could give this business a 0, I would. My Mother has a storage unit at this location but was bed ridden and in declining health. Our family was contacted by Statewide Self Storage and notified that they "accidentally" cut the lock off of my Mom's storage unit while trying to e... read more

We have rented here twice . They do have great rates . Although I signed up because of the offer of the free moving truck . They have one moving truck and it is always booked . I suggest before renting Check and see if the truck is available. It's usually booked a month in advance . Also make sure to check the gate sign for times they are open Website didn't display holiday hours for gate. It showed office was closed Memorial Day but not the storage yard .
