I've been using Universal self storage for a bit over 4 years now. Had our things at another storage place where we were broken into the first weekend! No problems here at Universal. Everything has been safe and sound, no problems at all! They treated us great from day 1. The place is so clean is amazing! No trash, no dirt, (no broken into units with the contents spilling out all over!) NO BUGS! I can't remember the names of the staff who helped us, but all of the people I dealt with were to notch. We have been so happy with the customer service AND the reasonable rates at this location. We are repeat customers. We've used the same facility about 5 years ago and again this year because they offer the best rates in this area. The great customer service is a bonus. Chris is so friendly and helpful. It's been a pleasure doing business here.

For the past two years I've been using public storage and I'm glad to say I will no longer be needing them. Not only was move in simple and paperless, but I got what I was looking for. And if you are in the area, I promise you it's the better choice. All the other places, either have bums, or sketched out people hanging around. I feel completely comfortable with all my belongings at this location. And all top of that, customer service was amazing. Thank you Chris and jake.

The team and facility here are both top notch. It's a clean and friendly environment, and communications with the staff are always clear and straightforward. I'm also happy with the price and the quality of the space I rent - nothing special, but very well maintained. Chris and Jake are terrific, I highly recommend doing business with them.

I would highly recommend Universal Self Storage in Highland for several reasons. 1. Their facilities have always been extremely clean. 2. I have always felt my possessions were safe. (It is my understanding that law enforcement sometimes uses the facility for training.) 3. The process to rent as well as the process to cancel a rental was very easy. 4.
