The units here are really clean and the staff is super helpful. Chris and Jake have been very responsive every time I have a question or need help with my unit. They always have a positive attitude and I feel really safe storing my belongings here.
Storage units are clean and well kept. Hours are reasonable and staff are available if you need help getting to your unit. The office staff are extremely helpful. I came to this storage facility after having a bad experience with one of the other major storage brands. I highly recommend this storage facility for storing you things
Jake and Chris are always so friendly and helpful. The property is safe and well kept-ALWAYS. Anytime I have a question they are right there to assist and always with a smile. The rates are great and the units are secure. I am confident having my belongings here vs any of the nearby properties. The property is well lit and they take hate access and security serious-which is a huge plus in my book! Customer service on top of it all is great. Five stars all the way!
Do not move in until taking pictures of your unit. I just moved In Yesterday 4/29/2025 and in the dark, who rents units with no power and under construction. I get into the building and the old maintenance worker starts asking me who am I and why I'm inside I show him my email. Rental. He says there's a sign that says don't enter. No sign and then I get a call from the front office Lacrecia to come to the office. I do and with my baby and get accused of unit damage and ripping off the lock to get in. I had storage unit for 3 years I decided to get rid of the stuff I had so I called universal self storage to cancel my space and I went cleaned everything out of the unit they ended up charging my account after I had moved out I called several times no one called me back and when I finally got a hold of them they said sorry we don't pro rate so I told them ur going to charge for the whole month and I only used the space for 5 days The last that's there she's lazy and disrespectful the kid and the mom that ran the place man... read more

It is with great regret that I revise my feedback, but when there is a complete 180 in what initially made you leave a positive review; the changes, customer service and experience must all be noted.
