This facility was clean and well maintained. I found Jake to be very courteous and professional. He helped us with our account and went out of his way to make sure we received excellent service (even as we were closing our account). Would use them again, if needed.

My family and I needed an emergency storage unit, I called around but 1. They were all ridiculous in pricing and 2. Were rude. To me when you are going to be leaving your belongings essentially in someone else's hands, you need to be able to trust the employees who run the business. With that being said. When I called Universal I spoke to Chris, she was super friendly and helpful even when I told her I was still calling around to check prices. Called several storage facilities to compare prices and this place had by far the best prices. The facility is extremely clean and is free of bugs and rodents. There are surveillance cameras throughout. I was hesitant about renting a storage unit, but this place provides peace of mind due to the cleanliness and surveillance cameras.

Facility is kept up up very well, units and surrounding grounds are very clean. Staff is helpful and the overall experience was great. Would highly recommend Universal Self Storage to others.

My husband and I appreciated the excellent customer service that we received from Chris and Jake. They were very professional and helped us find exactly what we needed. This was our first stop and we were so pleased to find such a clean and reasonable unit that suits our needs so perfectly. Chris and Jake make a great team and we enjoyed their kind, positive and helpful attitudes. Quality Customer Service at its finest!

The units here are really clean and the staff is super helpful. Chris and Jake have been very responsive every time I have a question or need help with my unit. They always have a positive attitude and I feel really safe storing my belongings here.
