This facility was clean and well maintained. I found Jake to be very courteous and professional. He helped us with our account and went out of his way to make sure we received excellent service (even as we were closing our account). Would use them again, if needed.

My family and I needed an emergency storage unit, I called around but 1. They were all ridiculous in pricing and 2. Were rude. To me when you are going to be leaving your belongings essentially in someone else's hands, you need to be able to trust the employees who run the business. With that being said. Called several storage facilities to compare prices and this place had by far the best prices. The facility is extremely clean and is free of bugs and rodents. There are surveillance cameras throughout. I was hesitant about renting a storage unit, but this place provides peace of mind due to the cleanliness and surveillance cameras.

My husband and I appreciated the excellent customer service that we received from Chris and Jake. They were very professional and helped us find exactly what we needed. This was our first stop and we were so pleased to find such a clean and reasonable unit that suits our needs so perfectly. I have had a storage unit here for several years.The facility is clean and I feel safe with my belongings here. Jake and Chris are always very friendly and welcoming. I definitely would recommend Universal Self Storage!

The units here are really clean and the staff is super helpful. Chris and Jake have been very responsive every time I have a question or need help with my unit. They always have a positive attitude and I feel really safe storing my belongings here.

Storage units are clean and well kept. Hours are reasonable and staff are available if you need help getting to your unit. The office staff are extremely helpful. I came to this storage facility after having a bad experience with one of the other major storage brands. I highly recommend this storage facility for storing you things
