First and foremost I would like to start off by saying this place is the best place I have ever had a storage unit at. Griselda is amazing and her service is wonderful she makes me feel comfortable to be honest I recommend this place to anyone looking for a unit to come on down and get it fast. I would like to also comment she makes my day and makes me laugh to where I don't wanna go home sometimes. Love this place ...
Elvira is the best & most hands-on maintenance person I've ever seen! She's always ready to help and keeps the facility nice and tidy! I value the team at paramount/jackson.
I was running out of time looking into getting a storage at a few different places and I decided to give this place a try. The office was fresh and clean. I was greeted and helped by this young lady named Nichole. She was outstanding, very friendly and very professional. She helped brake down sizing and monthly cost to see what suited my budget and items best. Personally I'm very indecisive and I felt confident doing business with you guys. I'd highly recommend this location.
Came today 7/15 to get a unit and Melanie helped us out! She was sweet and extremely patient which I really appreciate because i had no idea what i was actually going to get . Thanks for your amazing customer service Melanie, she was great at explaining everything and process was smooth.

Best experience with staff especially Precious she is very helpful and friendly. Everything is very accommodating, the storage was perfect.

This place is a swell spot to hit up. I've rented here a couple times and I just keep coming back. I do need the storage but tbh I think it's more of the girls in the office that keep me coming back. They always make me feel welcome and hook it it up with water and hugs. This pandemic has put a damper on my life. But I come in here and I am happy. They are so nice to a weirdo like me. This place has great service. Been storing here and the quality of protection of your belongings is outstanding. One of the ladies by the Precious is nice and always great with finding the right size when storing. Thumbs up to this facility and keep it up!

This review is for the awesome customer service I received when moving into my unit. To say Precious is a life saver is a understatement. I will be naming my first born after her. Yes if I have a boy his name will be Precious. So I had to move into a storage unit last minute and after the worse move ever (truck breaking down multiple times including inside the Paramount/Jackson parking lot) Precious was the bright spot of my move.
