This review is for the awesome customer service I received when moving into my unit. To say Precious is a life saver is a understatement. I will be naming my first born after her. Yes if I have a boy his name will be Precious. So I had to move into a storage unit last minute and after the worse move ever (truck breaking down multiple times including inside the Paramount/Jackson parking lot) Precious was the bright spot of my move. As i was at the facility yesterday doing some moving ,unfortunately i got locked out of my UHaul for about 2hours. During this stressful time(due to me being pressed for time) the employee by the name of Precious constantly checked on me,made sure i had water,etc. She was great and very comforting. Also great place of business

The best storage company I've ever used. I love how they take pride in making sure your belongings/valuables are safe. Every time I visit, the place is always clean and fresh. What I appreciate is the customer service, especially the 2 lovely ladies that work in the front office. I've referred 2 people to this place and we've all shared the same experience.

Kerina is the most wonderfulest nicest person I have met as a manger. The facility is clean and maintained on a daily. She helps you as much as she can, and she gets the job done. Highly recommend a higher promotion for her.
It was my first time ever getting a storage, the process was quick and easy. Everyone was professional and relatable. I highly recommend this place because there are no hidden fees, everything was thoroughly explained to me. In addition to that, access to the facility was convenient, I had a unit next to the elevator and that was so so helpful! Did I mention they will lend you a FREE moving truck for ONE DAY For freee??? Let's support our local storage unit here guys!

I had tried the other two local storage places in Paramount with not luck due to availability. The lady at the last place we went to tried to assist us by referring us to Bellflower, way to far for us. So I resorted to Yelp and found Paramount/Jackson Self Storage. The young man who assisted us was wonderful, pleasant and very professional. He answered all our questions, explained the do's and don'ts. We had a great experience and glad we found this storage. 6/5/2016, Thank you!!
ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER. .. This is the less expensive storage I have found in the beach cities. The staff is very nice & polite. The location is very CLEAN. The staff take pride in their customers. **# Great CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you **
