We've had a storage unit here for 2 years now and couldn't be happier with the facility and service provided by the staff. The property and hallways are always clean and tidy. It is very easy to get in and out of the gates. By far the shining star of this facility is Judy Woodmancy. I have only seen her and talked on the phone with her a handful of times but every encounter we have she is the most friendly, up-beat, positive and helpful person. We have been with StorAmerica in Duarte for about 5 years now. When looking for storage, we checked out many facilities but found this one to be the best in all ways. It is cleaner, more secure with an easy access, comparable, if not better, pricing and it has been a complete pleasure doing business with Sabrina and Judy, who both bend over backwards to accommodate their customers and make sure they are completely satisfied and happy. A lot better then Public Storage down the street. Cleaner, newer, more secure. The manager was very nice. I arrived during her lunch but she happily stopped what she was doing to help me. The office did not close for lunch. I told her I was unhappy that I just rented with PS down the street and I asked what she had available and for how much.
