Be careful-this place looks and sounds great! They lure you with low move in rates- $29 and they give you a truck to use for free!!!! Monthly rates are slashed 20% off........ BUT....they never tell you that they can raise the rate whenever and by however much they want! So this weekend, i needed to go look in my storage to find some important papers.I was in hurry so i didn't notice it at first. As i was moving boxes and looking through bags, i notice little hard pieces of "something" falling onto the floor. When i turned on my phone light to inspect, sure enough they were rat turds. This place has RATS! I don't always check my storage but when I did go I found rat poop in my storage unit! That's so disgusting and unsanitary! I went here instead of public storage that's like two buildings down because this place looked nice and clean but I was wrong. On top of that their rent goes up constantly. How are they gonna charge more to keep competitive prices but don't have competitive quality!?! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!

This place is too expensive. Rent is now $104 and I remember I started off paying $56 like 6 years ago. ON TOP OF THAT, there are rats everywhere! And I complained and all they did was sweep it up lol. How is that supposed to fix the fact that these nasty rats have been all over my stuff. Gross.

This property is priced at 50-70% higher than other properties nearby. Price increases are frequent and STEEP. Their fee schedule is predatory, and if you have multiple units, they run identical auto-pay charges at the same time, resulting in your credit card being locked up, due to suspicions of fraud. They then charge you $55.60 in fees, PER UNIT, because of late payments. I pay for climate-controlled units, and multiple times I have gone in, and the A/C has not worked properly. This place has RATS!!!! When we tried working it out with the employee and begging to have something done. She was rude! Never coming back here again. Service is horrible and my boxes are chewed up, and they have poop in them.

Great promotional starter deals but, beware!!! your rent will increase exponentially if you're there for any length of time. Mine is currently up to $200 a month now. So, it's great if you only intent to rent a space short term. I will agree that the staff has always been very courteous and cordial. Came in to this place today after seeing a 25% discount when checking in through Yelp. I showed them the discount and the lady behind the counter said she couldn't honor the discount because I wasn't a "new customer".
