Came in to this place today after seeing a 25% discount when checking in through Yelp. I showed them the discount and the lady behind the counter said she couldn't honor the discount because I wasn't a "new customer". I told her the discount was for packing supplies and that it was my first time there, so that made ma anew customer. She said she has never heard about the discount. HI Lili - We are incredibly sorry for the confusion. We added that promotion last week and the manager may not have been aware of it yet. (You were the first person to redeem it actually.) The promotion is meant for new tenants, so I think that is where the confusion came from. We are updating the 'Check In Offer' right now to reflect the correct verbiage. And again, we are sincerely sorry, the manager should have honored it, I'm 100% positive it was a mistake and she did not purposely deprive you of the discount.
Have been a customer since 2010. Never missed a month's payment but have been late a couple of times thru the years. Started billing me penalties and kept adding and adding to my bill despite my appeals and protests. Finally settled the the problem in June but was told to leave (very unplesant process leaves you no choice and treat you like dirt) paid and extra month and had to leave on short notice.
