My husband and I recently rented a 10x20 storage for few months while we settle at our new place. It was our first time renting any type of storage unit and our experience with StorAmerica exceeded our expectations mostly due to the fact that Liz and Darlene were extremely efficient. They made the entire process so easy. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a storage unit. They'll take care of you!

i've had my storage unit here for about 2 years, but just closed it. Customer service has always been helpful and friendly. however, the cost of the unit though comparable to others in the area probably has gone up about 30% since i started, and they now require extra for mandatory insurance. also, it's been a few months since i have last accessed the unit, but all my stuff was covered in dust/ dirt since my unit is on the first floor, but in an inner corridor, so not sure where all the dust is from.

Easily the best storage facility I've ever done business with. Darlene (the property manager) makes everything so easy and straightforward. You can tell she is very genuine and doesn't try to scam more money out of you. She was always very helpful with any questions I had and took me around the lot to check out different sized units so I could make sure I got what I needed. This will definitely be my go to spot whenever I need a new unit. This place is the best!

The units are clean and well maintained. Everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. I especially like Joyce and her customer first attitude. Since the first time visiting the location, she showed me around and recommended the best solution. Even after all these months and no longer new tenant, Joyce still spend time understanding my adjust storage needs to assist me in finding the best solution again. I simply can't praise her enough. I did a lot of research for a storage and I found this one was perfect for me in terms of location and price. Daniel was very helpful and gave me a really good deal, when I found out that my space is not enough for my stuff, I asked Daniel what I can do, he managed to give me a better option without moving my stuff out of the storage. I am very satisfied:)
