Super friendly office staff The storage itself smelled of some sort of automotive oil. Also I can see thru to my neighbors storage unit, not very safeÂ

When I moved my stuff into my storage unit it was already the 15th of the month. Thinking that they would give me a full month because I paid for a full month and that is what they told me when I asked. Well, nope! By the 30th I was already receiving text messages about my next month’s bill with them being due. Keep in mind, I spent a ridiculous amount of money just to get my stuff to this in the middle of nowhere location. Dear Jennifer, We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your experience at StorAmerica Arcadia. As was covered during the lease process, rent is due on the 1st of the month. Since you rented in the middle of April, you were given an option to prorate the rest of April and your $29.99 1st month special would be applied to May, which means you would not owe rent until June 1st.
