As a totally unsatisfied customer I have been given the run around. I have lost wages trying to pay my rent on time only to find the office closed during open office hours. I had to leave early twice from my job trying to hunt down the office being open. Like I said, I have lost wages over this and when I asked for compensation over my bill due to their shortcomings, they said nothing!

This place was nothing special We used thee floor storage room for a year and it was the lowest price in town but u get what u pay for. We now moved into our new home and I have roaches in my washer and dryer . I'm just hoping they aren't anywhere else . The only thing that was nice were the girls customer service but they seem to always take long lunches are there office is always closed . I wouldn't recommend this storage place unless ur tight on money.

Horrible experience. I rented with stormaerica because they offered a free moving truck. The day of moving they informed me that the truck is in the shop and will be unavailable until further notice. I have rented for a month and will be vacating before the 10th of the month, according to the policy it states that if I vacate before the 10th they will pro rate my rent. The storage a good and clean But the costumer service suck. I had multiple storages different time and never had a problem until I closed my account with store manager Liz D. I took all my stuff out on Sunday which the office is closed. I forgot to call on Monday and was charged 11$ for another day because i got too busy and forgot to call. They said that if I didn't pay it would go to collections. Really for 11$ and I forgot to call. Liz D was not helpful don't go to here go to the store owner way helpful than Liz D.

It's meh, okay, except for when the guy upstairs flooded my unit and they called me, and I spent 6 hours in the heat of summer hauling everything out and cleaning up the mess with only a token bit of help (they let me use a shop vac for a few minutes to suck the water up). But what really fries me is they ripped me off for almost 3 years on their probably phony "insurance" to the tune of an extra $300.
