First time having to use a storage and Perla was amazing. Super nice and made the process smooth for me. The included truck rental for a day worked out perfect and the rates were the best in town!

I came in looking for a small storage space for my holiday items. Parla was a pleasure to work with; she patiently answered all my questions with friendly rapport. I appreciated her time and professionalism. The units I was shown were clean and well-kept, I recommend this place.

Fabulous customer service! I was in a bit of a panic having to make some quick decisions and I was greeted with kindness and compassion by Perla. I am very grateful for her calm, understanding voice on the other end of the line when I called and her warm greeting of me when I went to check out the unit. She was very thorough in her explanation and answered all of my questions.
I just want to say that the professionalism and helpfulness of Ozzie was great. Had no problem honoring promotions that are currently running. I was referred here by someone and honestly couldn't be anymore happy.
This is best storage facility in whole Ontario. Employees are chill. Really good service and clean facility I've ever been to. Perla and Ozzie are the best employees there. Really good prices too.
