The ladies in the office have been doing an amazing job. I defin feel my storage unit is secure now and worry a lot less. I wish my fees didn't go up but they are still by far the best deal!

Great customer service... always answer all my questions
They are reliable and friendly. They are so nice. They are always there when you need them. They work with you. The units are always ready to go. The facility is always clean. They treat you with kindness and respect always.
I have been a customer for almost 3 years and I am very satisfied. I use the facility in Ceres and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to rent a storage. The people that work there are very nice and very helpful. The manager there is Stephanie. She is such a pleasure. She is so sweet and always very helpful. She will go out of her way to help you. They keep it very clean and the security is also very good.
I bought a storage here from Auction and I have to say I have not ever had such an awesome experience. The faculty was clean and easily accessible my favorite though was how amazingly helpful and happy and friendly the staff was at this location. The entire time the girls had huge smiles on there faces they appeared to really enjoy there job. This place is the worst place in the entire world Lie after Lie, make you pay for insurance that does not cover anything. The people who work here look like they involved with the scam. Lost everything.
Everything about this facility needs improvement. My unit has been broken into twice. My rent went from $140 to $210 in 1 yrs time. It's ridiculous that it's called SecurCare when there's no security measures used to ensure our belongings are protected. No working cameras except one at front gate. No security patrolling at night. I would move my stuff to a better more reasonably priced place, but I'm a senior with no vehicle or anyone to help me move it. I'm screwed.
