They are reliable and friendly. They are so nice. They are always there when you need them. They work with you. The units are always ready to go. The facility is always clean. They treat you with kindness and respect always.

I have been a customer for almost 3 years and I am very satisfied. I use the facility in Ceres and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to rent a storage. The people that work there are very nice and very helpful. The manager there is Stephanie. She is such a pleasure. She is so sweet and always very helpful. She will go out of her way to help you. They keep it very clean and the security is also very good.

I bought a storage here from Auction and I have to say I have not ever had such an awesome experience. The faculty was clean and easily accessible my favorite though was how amazingly helpful and happy and friendly the staff was at this location. The entire time the girls had huge smiles on there faces they appeared to really enjoy there job. Everything about this facility needs improvement. My unit has been broken into twice. My rent went from $140 to $210 in 1 yrs time. It's ridiculous that it's called SecurCare when there's no security measures used to ensure our belongings are protected. No working cameras except one at front gate. No security patrolling at night. I would move my stuff to a better more reasonably priced place, but I'm a senior with no vehicle or anyone to help me move it. I'm screwed.

This place is a joke.It costs me 258 dollars a month for a 10x10 storage which is very expensive. My unit was broken into and they waited a week to let me know and I asked them why and they couldn't give me any answer.I then asked them to see the security camera's footage and the told me none of the camera's were working. My unit was burglarized after being there 1 yrs and was not notified that the manager found my unit without a lock nor was I informed that my auto pay wasn't working after almost 1 yr of it working. I lost 90% of my units contents. Biggest problem is No reliable security cameras. The name implies your stuff is secure here(Secure Care Storage) I believe they have a duty to inform all renters here to upgrade their locks do not keep anything that is valuable ór move to a better more secúre storage company and really stress the ... read more

Update: The CHP contacted us and found our trailer that was stolen, trashed, and dumped. The trailer that drove right out of SecureCare under so many cameras...and, according to the post by Ceres PD, it keeps coming. Store your stuff there at your own risk. You may never see it again:

My name is Rose Rhodes and I have had a storage unit G-14 at the Securecare Self Storage at 7428 Davidson Cir. Stockbridge Ga 30281 for over 3 years. I recently had problems with someone hacking into my bank accounts and in turn it sent back some of my payments to my storage unit when I filed disputes with my bank for the fraud on my accounts.
