Don't expect your things to be secure. Nearly 20 theft in 2 weeks and management has no idea who did it nor did they bother to warn renters it was happening. I lost of $1500 worth of stuff and they do not care.

We had our travel trailer stolen!! This place gives you a false sense of security as you are paying for the gate to be locked 24 hours a day. If we would have known the manager was leaving the gate fully open, for hours at a time allowing ANYONE to access this facility, we would have pulled our travel trailer out of storage immediately! We thought we were paying for the locked gate services believing my trailer was safe. If only I had known. I had stored my household belongings in this storage facility for 7 years. When I went to remove items, rats had nested in my mattress and boxes. When I complained, I was informed that I must have had food items in my unit which I did not. Then they said some neighbor must have food items and took no responsibility for the damage to my belongings. They said file a claim with my insurance. Good luck on that! Had used this facility for 7 years. They advertised no rats. We got lots of rats! After complaining about it we we able to use their trash bins to throw only boxes into and not the bed that was ruined by he rat infestation. And they were very rude when I told them we had cleaned out the unit for them to inspect. Very rude office staff. Told them to have a great day, no answer from either staff member. My advice, go somewhere else.

The units are clean, gets very dusty inside but the biggest downside at this place is that they keep hiking up the fees without any notice. Their response was that I was not under any contract and that's why the increase. In one year it went from $110/month to now over $200 over $100 increase in a year. Oh yeah and that's with a military discount . My kids were struggling to make ends meet and with this injustice how can new families catch a break. I have been renting here since 2015 and everything was great for years. About a year ago, it stopped being good because a woman named Joanna took over. She is very rude, and very bad at customer service. She will hang up on you and turn into a different person if you ask her to be nicer to you. Shes not nice to begin with and if you have an issue, she loves to hang up on you. Do not sign up here unless you want to immediately regret where your putting your money. Shitty service both onsite and corporate. No sense in making a reservation because they don't hold reservations and give them away to anyone. Completely disrespectful on the phone. Corporate hung up on me. And I'm left having moved 450mi with NO STORAGE UNIT. FUCK THIS PLACE AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE.

Ok first of all the ownership has changed. My mom used to know the prior employees very well and has had this storage for a very long time. My mom was charged $35 dollars for a lock that the prior owners used to place on storage units that would not pay their units on time and as soon as she would pay her unit for the month along with late fees they would come and unlock it for her. the facility are clean and easily accessible but unfortunately management here is a joke and will make up rules off your contract to hold onto your money. i would rent here until management is changed
