Shitty service both onsite and corporate. No sense in making a reservation because they don't hold reservations and give them away to anyone. Completely disrespectful on the phone. Corporate hung up on me. And I'm left having moved 450mi with NO STORAGE UNIT. FUCK THIS PLACE AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE.
Ok first of all the ownership has changed. My mom used to know the prior employees very well and has had this storage for a very long time. My mom was charged $35 dollars for a lock that the prior owners used to place on storage units that would not pay their units on time and as soon as she would pay her unit for the month along with late fees they would come and unlock it for her. the facility are clean and easily accessible but unfortunately management here is a joke and will make up rules off your contract to hold onto your money. i would rent here until management is changed
Horrible place. After just two months here we come to find rats in our unit. They put something inside the unit to kill the rats afterwards. Finally we decided to just get out while we could. Super unprofessionsl staff. We got different responses from everyone and the manager didn't even bother to show her face. We were told we wouldn't be charged for an extra 5 days but yet got charged that same day. Ridiculous. Don't recommend this place at all. Only lady that was sweet was Sue.
