I won't give them not 1 star I had my apartment furniture there, important papers my kids pictures when babies my kids clothes brand new stuff with tags everything was stolen from unit, please don't go there it's not safe, I don't recommend it!!!!

We have rented an RV space from Self Care Storage for many years at this location. Unfortunately, SecurCare Storage must have purchased this site and it has gone to crap. They claim to have 24 hour security, making you feel all warm and fuzzy about the place you're storing your belongings. Many times the gate is left, the fence has been cut and thieves are allowed to roam freely and not repaired until corporate notifies them its okay to fix, security cameras no longer are working, not authorized by corporate to turn them ... read more

Worst place ever! Only gave it one star so I could write this review. Our boat was broken into multiple times. Office personnel did not want to help or care. Even was told by young lady that she never would have told the co-owner of our boat about the recent numerous break-ins if she knew they would have me call them! Asked her why renters weren't notified of numerous break-ins and she stated "we can't call or email everyone in our storage facility. Don't use this place!!! All 3 of my dirt bikes were stolen out of my unit. They have no idea when it happened. When we arrived the door to our unit was still partially open!!! Other locks were off and on the ground. They do not check or patrol! And they have no video!!! Cameras are for looks.

Terrible customer service from the manager Lilly and the other co worker super rude with attitude, my trailer got broken into and they do not even care, I don't recommend this place at all so glad I don't have my RV there anymore I wouldn't stay there even it was for free based on the management.

Not a place I'd recommend. I tried contacting them and the cal center said I should be able to go to the office. The office is behind the gate and the driver (not me) pushed for someone to help us. The gate opened and we both thought it was the office opening it up but it was a tenet. We park and I get out to go talk with the manager but the door is locked. "Ok, now what? How do we get out?" I call and wait for about ten minutes to speak with someone but they can't help me since they have no way of contacting the site manage... read more

Don't expect your things to be secure. Nearly 20 theft in 2 weeks and management has no idea who did it nor did they bother to warn renters it was happening. I lost of $1500 worth of stuff and they do not care.

We had our travel trailer stolen!! This place gives you a false sense of security as you are paying for the gate to be locked 24 hours a day. If we would have known the manager was leaving the gate fully open, for hours at a time allowing ANYONE to access this facility, we would have pulled our travel trailer out of storage immediately!
