Staff is very helpful and friendly
I use them for all my storage needs. Jesse is always very helpful and makes the process super easy. The facilities are always very clean and secure. Jesse has helped me a few times now and every time she brings her a game when it comes to customer service.

I love renting from this facility. The managers Terry and Jesse are wonderful professional and kind. When you walk on the grounds it's very clean they have an excellent security system and I feel extremely safe with my things being there. I've rented from security public storage in Santa Rosa for over 10 years and I recommend this place to family and friends or anybody that wants a safe clean professional storage facility to rent from.

If I could get another storage facility at this place I would! The staff is very warm and welcoming, the storage unit is a great deal for the price, and I feel extremely secure having my belongings at this location. The storage unit is clean and stays cool during the hot months of summer. I like this place so much that it’s going on one year that I have had my unit here with them.
