I've enjoyed my stay at Security Public Storage. Mary and Terry are exceptional at taking care of and communicating with me and keeping me informed about anything going on. When the fires happened last year it was much appreciated that they were helpful but also sympathetic to the needs of the renters, and their customer service is impeccable.
This staff in this facility is very nice and helpful. The location is also convenient. I recommend this facility.
We have been very happy with SPS on Hopper Avenue for over a year. From the beginning we selected them because of the very helpful personalized service. Terry is the sweetest person we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Even during the damages suffered during the fires, she still had the most delightful attitude. You will not regret selecting them as your storage facility and maybe luck to get one of the new ones being built!
Man I love Terry she is sweetest there is in customer service especially after the fires when everything was so chaotic security storage became like the family I needed gather my strength and continue forward.....I love them!!!!!
terri has been great to me from the beginning i've been going through alot in the last several months and shes been so helpful and understanding and patient during the fires i was told that i would be updated on everything asap once they got info on the damage they let me know my stuff was safe and sound in my unit
If you are looking for a professionally run storage facility this is it! Front office staff is always a pleasure to work with, the grounds are always kept clean and tidy and the driveways are roomy and quiet. I have never felt unsafe or worried about my personal belonging being stored there. Great location, easy to get in and out of!
