I can't say enough about how much I like Security Public Storage. Jessie helped me out, was beyond nice and helpful, got me the perfect size unit and set me up all within a day. I like how the units are raised off the ground to prevent flooding. The facility is very secure and Jessie even provided me and my wife with some water bottles to help with the hot moving day. Highly recommend!
Have had a few storage units between moves and this one has been my favorite . The staff took the time to show me a few units and options before I made a choice and it was quick and easy to sign up. The location is easy to get to and the property is secure and safe and clean as is my storage unit . They have a good selection of boxes , tapes , and locks for sale on site at great prices . Very satisfied with this business and the staff is helpful in person and over the phone .
Terry took the time to find the right storage solution for us, answered questions, and made the process super easy. Security is great and the facility is very clean. And if none of that moves you, how about the beautiful mural they added to really brighten up the area?
I moved to Seattle earlier this year, and left my stuff in Santa Rosa until I can get it. I feel really happy that it is stored here, that the place is clean, secure, and protected. Thanks guys/gals!
Very clean and safe environment
Security Public Storage is awesome, tidy and clean. The staff is really friendly and very helpful and eager to make sure I get the right unit to fit my budget and needs. 😊
This is a nice business and I do really like the people who manage the property locally, but I do have qualms with the corporate management. After a year of storage, they increased my rent per month which I found to be very frustrating. When I asked for a discount due to my unemployment as a result of Covid they denied my request. As a national business I found this pretty disheartening.
Haven't had much time to really know what the facility is like, haven't made my move yet, but I am optimistic it will be a positive storage experience. Customer service was very friendly and explained things clearly, very personable. I'm hoping I can continue to write good reviews as long as I'm using this storage space.
Terry and Jessie have been very good to me over the years. I have recommended the facility whenever anyone asks.
