Great move in experience!
This place is great, safe and secure ! A major improvement from where I was storing my stuff before ! I got broken into and ripped off twice at the old location (Public Storage 2250 Delaware SM), don't store there, store here and sleep good at night ! Tyler and Barry are awesome, great customer service, unlike the last place that I stored at !
We have stored our things here for the past two years and have zero complaints. The building has a sensible floorplan so access to any unit is straightforward. The corridors are well-lit and the grounds (including building interior) are meticulously maintained. Moving carts are always available and kept in perfect shape, which goes to show how well management takes care of the facility and how courteous the tenants are in general. I just rented a storage space here. My review is about the customer service. Everyone I spoke with there (Barry, Tyler, and Linda) were honest, courteous and followed up on my needs. They really did go above and beyond. Sometimes people may think storage is just a place to store your things, but knowing that you can trust the people running the storage facility is just as important because you never know when you need something and dependability is essential!
This is my favorite storage center. Excellent customer service! Clean property, very secure and everything you need to move and store your items. The office staff is definitely top tier!
Barry and Tyler are amazing and very helpful. The only complaint I have is that it gets incredibly hot on the third floor and I wish they had some sort of A/C system in the building. Other than that I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. Thank you very much!

I want to Thank Barry, Tyler and Linda for all their support and service assisting and helping us with maintaining our storage facility and keeping it safe. We have been with this facility for over 5 years and will continue to utilize their facility because of their professional service and support. During last 24 years as a customer here I've seen a lot of managers and personnel most very nice but none compare to level of service that Barry & Tyler provide. Since they've taken over managing the facility they have done an excellent job with the property. Their level of professionalism, attention to detail and their courteous and consistent demeanor is top shelf. Linda is also very friendly and helpful when I interact with her as well.
