Beth and Tony are amazing. They are incredibly focused on personalize attention to my details and always available with every little thing, making my regular visits incredibly efficient and enjoyable. I mistakenly left my storage door open and they not only call and personally let me know, but also locked it and make sure all my possessions were protected. I highly recommend Security Public Storage of Walnut Creek

Felt very secure. The team made sure my unit was locked when I accidentally forgot to put my lock back on. I appreciated the auto pay feature as well. I had two unites for a while and I loved that they offered two locks to work with one key. It kept it simple and manageable.

It is a small, family owned vibe. They are super nice and they always have people watching on security cameras. Great prices after looking around Walnut Creek, too!

After interviewing many Storage businesses from San Francisco and most of the Bay Area, I found this one to be attentive above and beyond with the needs I needed. Great customer service and employee Chidi very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to give me all information needed, assured me of the security and showed me several options. Though I was Interested in a large storage. I took a small one and they put me on a waiting list for a large one. Thank you for your great customer service.
