I give them a 4/5 stars. I have had my unit since it was the previous company but I dont like that the units by the house get dust all over them. The previous company had the leaf blowers facing out when they cleaned and my unit was never dusty in almost a year. Since the new company took over I have to cover my stuff and dust all the time. Its annoying. But over all its safe and clean place and the employees are helpful.
