Cain is always great and has been my Service Advisor for a while now. There were no "surprises" when I went there. I have always taken my car to this dealership for service and even after I found an oil leak, the manager greeted me when I arrived as well as Cain and they took care of me promptly and even offered to clean my garage where the oil actually spilled and I was given a free oil change for next time. Now that is great customer service. Thank you.
