This time going for an oil change was better than the last time. I was there for appointment at 0730 on a Wednesday morning and left 2.5 hrs later. Less than 4 hours, Improvement. I'm still grateful for the kids play area too.

JC is wonderful: he greeted me almost immediately, went over everything that they would be doing, escorted me to the waiting room, explained how long it would be, etc. He also took no more time than he had told me and escorted me to my car. His customer service is exemplary!

All went well. Normally, I'm at the Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville Florida, but after such a great experience, I will be back. Also, Matthew, helped me tremendously and he had a pleasing spirit. It really made the difference.
