I came into the dealership with lights on the dash. Jacob Fry was the service advisor who assisted me. He was very kind and made sure I understood all that was wrong with my Prius. He arranged for a rental car for me and the car was done the next day as he promised. I have had no further trouble with my car so everything completed was satisfactorily done.
