They performed all of my regularly scheduled maintenance checks quickly and expertly. I neglected to ask for a car wash and vacuuming, and the agent did not suggest that I do so. It would have been slightly more convenient if I had been able to get that service during my visit. As it was, we both forgot it. I then had to make a stop at a commercial car wash near my home. A minor inconvenience and an extra trip that I might have saved. A quibble rather than a complaint.

Immediate & superb support by Cain despite initial on-site rep telling me I had to set up an appointment when I arrived to pick up the replacement key. Key was ordered during routine maintenance in Dec and dealership rep called in Jan advising key was available for pick-up - no mention of appointment being needed. Cain ignored the administrivia, asked if I had a new minutes to wait while the key was cut, and took care of it. Well done!
