Justin Dahl is our Project Manager, a competing company did a temporary repair on our roof. Two days later we had 50+ mile an hour winds that tore the temporary repair off. When I called them they told me to call my insurance company since their repairs were temporary. After the temporary repair and before the wind storm we signed with ServPro to do the restoration so I called Justin. Within 12 hours Justin had the roof secured. Can't thank ServPro enough. My mom's sewer backed up from a blockage in the sewer line under the house. After we got a plumber to fix that, we were left with an utter disaster...raw sewage had overflowed from the downstairs toilet, more sewer water flooded the area on the other side of the basement by the washer.
