This was the EASIEST transaction working with a lender. I like that I didn’t have to print off copies of documents needed and meeting at odd hours of the day to turn it in. Easy upload to the application and no technical issues. The communication by Seth and staff was amazing. A text, email, or phone call away. I will never not use Hallmark again!

This is my 3rd time working with Seth and his team. We had a great experience. He was helpful and moved things along very quickly. We had one minor issue post closing, I approached him about it and he quickly resolved it...within minutes! Can't ask for much more than that.
