Very helpful and informative. Seth and his team were very nice and easy to work with. Because of all their hard work behind the scenes, the closing went smoothly. The only stress was trying to find a house in this crazy market. This was the 3rd time our family use Seth at Hallmark, he will always be our first contact when obtain a mortgage.
