Two words: Transparency and communication. Both were over the top. Because of the way Seth, Morgan and Haley communicated with us, we knew exactly what was going to happen and pretty much when. Seth and his team were quick when it came to providing me with a pre-approval for my mortgage. He helped me find the best type of mortgage and did a great job of explaining the breakdown of costs.
