the app was great with real time notifications. However, it would be better to have an easier more customer friendly link at the main website to get me to the login and see it on the website. It was cumbersome to go to "get started" each time I tried to login

During this time of social distancing and stay at home order, I didn’t at all feel as though the communication between Seth and Myself was broken or hard in any way. Even though we couldn’t have meeting face to face, I felt that with the ways we did communicate never hindered the process of buying my house. It seemed like he had a plan which not many companies can say they had during this epidemic and that is reassuring to me and made this process care free and easy.

This is the second time that we have used Hallmark for a mortgage loan. Both times we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Hallmark to others. We found the entire staff to be professional, friendly and responsive. Hallmark's online system makes it easy to apply for the loan and to sign and submit documents. Additionally, we received frequent communications to let us know our loan status during the underwriting and approval process. Hallmark is a first class business.
