Seth made the entire mortgage process a breeze. He made himself readily available to answer questions and offer advice. He set our expectations in the beginning that process can take time and could be riddled with barriers from underwriters, appraisers, etc. (We were already well aware of this due to a very poor experience we previously had with a different mortgage company...) However, due to his attention to detail and diligence, we experienced no hurdles and everything flowed smoothly.
