Shachi was very helpful in explaining the breakdown of the closing costs in full transparency. She worked with me in looking at different rate options with different pricing. She also got me a 7 month rate lock in January 2022 which was a life saver because my closing date ended up being in August, therefore saving me hundreds of thousands of dollars on my mortgage had I gone with another bank. She was always available to discuss anything I needed even after normal work hours which I appreciated.
