Everything was perfect and very easy!
The staff were responsive to my inquiry to refinance my mortgage. The staff communicated quickly and often with me about the progress of the refinance. I never felt like I was in the dark about where we were at in the process. The process was efficient and was user-friendly. I am pleased with the rate that I was given, the professionalism of the staff, and the entire experience.

I'm not great with technology. So Shawn went out of his way more then once to help me with paper work an showing me how you send things over my phone. Always very friendly an reassuring that things was going as planned. Made me feel very comfortable an at ease. Over all I had a great experience getting my home.
