The staff were responsive to my inquiry to refinance my mortgage. The staff communicated quickly and often with me about the progress of the refinance. I'm not great with technology. So Shawn went out of his way more then once to help me with paper work an showing me how you send things over my phone. Always very friendly an reassuring that things was going as planned. Made me feel very comfortable an at ease. Over all I had a great experience getting my home.
