We decided to refinance in April 2020. After months of providing the requested information, we were told our home was appraised $30,000 less than it had been the year before and we now have a finished basement and added a full bath. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Then we met Shawn Landez...the ease of doing business, his great communication, and ability to get us to closing in less than a month was amazing! We would recommend Shawn to anyone, and have done so!
