It is my understanding that the main office is based out of Michigan and some of your underwriters might be subcontracted. Asked for the same thing twice seems to be a way of buying time or too many underwriters involved in one contract. If you have a office in the Fort Wayne area, you may want to consider a full service office. Shawn Landez was easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
