"Customer service" I have been coming here for 2 yrs now and I have received the same outstanding customer service each time I get an oil change. The guys are always professional and one of the service managers Chen always explain in detail what they did to my car. I am big on customer service and this location has not failed me yet

"Excellent " I have all my service done here. Love Tim Blanchette and Mike Galasso. Had them detail my car and remove a couple minor dents this time. Car looks brand new. You could not ask for better service anywhere!! I will not go anywhere else.
"Air conditioner not working " Brought car in because air conditioner wasn’t working. I bought the car in February so I didn’t need it until the summer. The air was definitely needed in the last couple of months. I called and they scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off and took the shuttle to work, by the way is so convenient for us that have to work. "So far great!!" When first looking at Nissans I was in contact with Bob Knowlton who did a great job of keeping me informed of vehicles which he felt would meet my requirements. When actually visiting the dealership I dealt with Jon (Herrera?) Jon was extremely courteous and helpful. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Nissan Sentra. There was no pressure and the entire experience was very easy and no stress.
