"Excellent Customer Service " On Saturday, June 15, 2019 I had a service appointment at Sheridan Nissan. I met with one of the greatest service representatives Mr. Chan Chenh. Mr. Chenh greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door and my wait was short. Not only was my vehicle serviced but clean.
"Always cordial and professional " I can always count on good and timely service from this Nissan group. Been coming here for several years and the service is still to rate.
"Quick, definitive" Internet/Wifi, bottled water, hot coffee,cable TV, and verbal greetings from all staff members from the different departments. Clean entrance ways and designated smokers section.

"Oil change and tires rotated " This dealership is great as far as service and convenience. They go through everything they have done and recommend and have convenient and clean waiting area. They give a complimentary quick wash of your vehicle
"Maintenance support" All the customer service staff were very helpful and responded to my questions about my vehicle service. Car maintenance was completed on time and without any rework.
