"Very easy to work with " The salesman was outstanding and service fixed all minor problems as I waited. They were very accommodating with temporary financing. They were very flexible with repayment time frames.
"Absolutely terrific! " I have been having problems with my AC for several years now, and I again brought my car in to the dealer for service. Mr. Chen was again totally professional, polite, and pleasant, and took care of everything in a timely manner, and reassured me that the work they did was still be covered even though my extended warranty expires in December. I left with working AC and peace of mind -- both of which were greatly appreciated!

"Excellent Customer Service " On Saturday, June 15, 2019 I had a service appointment at Sheridan Nissan. I met with one of the greatest service representatives Mr. Chan Chenh. Mr. Chenh greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door and my wait was short. Not only was my vehicle serviced but clean.
"Always cordial and professional " I can always count on good and timely service from this Nissan group. Been coming here for several years and the service is still to rate.
"Quick, definitive" Internet/Wifi, bottled water, hot coffee,cable TV, and verbal greetings from all staff members from the different departments. Clean entrance ways and designated smokers section.
