"Best car buying experience " I knew which vehicle I wanted before I went into the dealership and I had also talked to Cassidy beforehand. I was greeted by Cassidy immediately upon entering the showroom. She went over the features on the car and we went for a test drive . When we got back to the dealership they appraised my car and gave me the different financing options and we made the deal. I then went to the finance office and dealt with David. "Great service across the board " Everyone at Sheridan was very nice. Will was patient, informative and never pressuring. I drove to DE from NJ to buy my car and I felt so good about the service staff that I will likely being going there for routine maintenance. Positive car dealership experiences are rare in my experience but Sheridan was an exception.
"Great experience !" I needed a minor repair on my car, the service was quick and priced right. Matt the customer service manager was great ! He had my car washed after it was serviced. I will be using them again.

"Customer service" I have been coming here for 2 yrs now and I have received the same outstanding customer service each time I get an oil change. The guys are always professional and one of the service managers Chen always explain in detail what they did to my car. I am big on customer service and this location has not failed me yet
"The young man that assisted me did a wonderful job!" The young man that assisted me did I wonderful job. I had a problem with my tire and I explained to him the issue, and he took care of the problem quickly. Thank you!
"Excellent " I have all my service done here. Love Tim Blanchette and Mike Galasso. Had them detail my car and remove a couple minor dents this time. Car looks brand new. You could not ask for better service anywhere!! I will not go anywhere else.
